We offer a full range of virtual-first fertility services. We order bloodwork and imaging procedures to investigate your hormones and anatomy. We also deliver medications straight to your doorstep, recommend supplements, and work with you to figure out lifestyle adjustments to optimize your chances of pregnancy.
It includes an initial intake appointment, a comprehensive review of your case, baseline fertility testing, and a virtual consultation paired with a treatment plan.
When you sign up for an initial checkup, we ask you to complete an assessment that will be used to create your personalized care plan, which will be discussed during this visit. We recommend this plan for those who are either already on some form of treatment and want a 2nd opinion, or those who want to understand their options while trying to conceive.
Tests are not included in our prices and subject to your insurance eligibility and benefits. Most major testing facilities and outpatient imaging facilities participate with major healthcare plans. Testing will either be done at outside facilities near you or through a recommended at-home test kit partner per your preference. Most test-kits are out-of-pocket but HSA/FSA eligible.
Medications are not included in our price and subject to your insurance eligibility and benefits. If you have questions about what medications are covered, we can verify which medications are covered by your health plan. If certain medications are not covered, we can recommend pharmacies with competitive pricing.
We are working hard to get Hera services covered by insurance. In the meanwhile, we accept all major credit cards in addition to FSA/HSA. If you'd prefer a different payment method, please contact us.
We totally understand that life can get in the way sometimes! You can reschedule your consultation or appointment through a calendar invite or contact your care coordinator in our app. Please note that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Our general operating hours are 9am-8pm ET. All available appointments will reflect our provider's availability for Telehealth services.
