Personalized Intake Process

It can be tough to know which parts of your medical history are important. That's why we do an initial 15-minute call to make sure we understand the whole picture.

Medical History Review

We assign providers to your case based on your unique situation. We conduct a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, sexual health (partner's too! If applicable), and any previous testing.

Baseline Fertility Testing

Every body is different. After reviewing your medical history, we are able to order you a series of tests. An order may include a fertility blood test, ultrasound, and/or semen analysis. These tests can be completed either from the comfort of your own home or at a local lab or outpatient imaging facility.

Fertility Treatment Options

Your care team will review your test results and put together a digestible report and treatment plan to help walk you through your options. If indicated, we can start you on treatment right away and have medications delivered to your door. We are also happy to help guide you to other resources such as in-person fertility clinics, donor banks, surrogacy programs, and/or wellness & nutrition specialists.
